A 30% deposit on total labor cost is required before any work begins. This confirms commitment and covers initial project preparation.
Brandon must inspect and approve all materials in person before purchase or installation. If materials are bought without Brandon's sign-off and fail to fit, the client remains fully responsible for labor costs incurred.
All materials are purchased directly by the property owner, or pre-negotiated as part of the labor contract. This ensures the client controls spend and material selections are confirmed before any work starts.
